The Fiesta Hall has been a landmark in Kilcormac, Co. Offaly for generations, serving the local community as a place for cinema, dancing, theatre, events, gatherings, and social connection. As part of a wider refurbishment project, the building has been reimagined for a new chapter focused on community use, climate action, green enterprise, and long-term sustainability.
We were proud to contribute to this refurbishment through the design and installation of an 11.7kWp solar PV system, using 27 Jinko 435W panels supported by a Solis Hybrid inverter. The system provides the renewed community facility with clean, on-site solar electricity, helping to reduce reliance on grid power while supporting the building’s wider environmental upgrades.
For a historic building entering a new era of use, solar PV plays an important role in making the facility more efficient, resilient, and future-ready. This project demonstrates how renewable energy can support community regeneration, helping landmark buildings like Kilcormac Fiesta Community Hall continue serving local people while aligning with a more sustainable future.
