440W Jinko solar panels

Huawei inverters

Killimor Nursing Home in County Galway took a major step toward energy independence with the installation of a 160kW solar PV system. The project uses reliable 440W Jinko panels and Huawei inverters to deliver strong and consistent performance year-round. With rising utility costs and growing energy demands, nursing homes like Killimor benefit greatly from renewable energy.

The new solar system now provides a significant portion of the facility’s power, lowering electricity bills and supporting a more stable and predictable operating budget. At Munster Solar, we understand the energy needs of care facilities and the importance of reducing overheads while maintaining high standards. This project is a great example of how solar energy can support healthcare providers across Galway and more.

After a thorough check of multiple suppliers we chose Munster Solar for our large nursing home installation – as we felt they were very experienced and willing to take the time to get it right. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend this company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An excellent overall experience. Couldn't have been easier to deal with and high quality equipment for a good price. They were in and out in a few hours on the day and Dan checked in with me a couple of times afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. I'd highly recommend
